DESCRIPTION
We will travel to the Amazon Region, passing by the eastern Andean chain and then Ricancie, a network of 9 indigenous communities, located in the upper part of the Napo River. These communities are steadily building a responsible tourist infrastructure as an alternative method of community development. It is a fascinating opportunity to witness their customs, participate in their rituals, and fully immerse oneself in the Amazon experience.
Many who live in the jungle have a deep knowledge of their surroundings. There are countless treatments that can be performed using natural medicines from the jungle, and myths abound of spiritual beings who transfer their knowledge to men and women.
