Day 1 -
BAHIA DE CARAQUEZ / CHIRIJE
08:45Transfer Airport- Hotel. Welcome at CasaGrande
09:15Visit the Bahía Archaeological Museum (1 hr.)
10:30Transfer dock to Heart Island, Interpretation Center, mangrove walkway, canoe ride for Birdwatching at the Frigate Bird Colony on the Island. (3.5 hrs.)
13:30 Departure to Bahía for Lunch.
16:30 Afternoon visit to Organic Shrimp Farm pioneers in this process, learn about the history of shrimp farming in Ecuador and also try the local shrimp recipes (organic shrimp on the grill, all you can eat). (3 hrs.) Transfer to Chirije Ecolodge, Dinner and Overnight.

Day 2 -
CHIRIJE / BAHIA DE CARAQUEZ
08:00Breakfast (For Birdwatching, Breakfast will be extended)
09:00Walking tour to the archaeological excavations and on site museum (2 hrs.)

15:30 Afternoon excursion to Dry Tropical Forests on the Indian path. (2 hrs.)
17:00 Leisure on the Beach Return to Bahía for Dinner and Overnight at CasaGrande. (If next day is afternoon flight out then, Day Two Overnight is in Chirije).

BAHIA /QUITO
08:00 Breakfast Leisure Time (Optional trip to the beach in Canoa)

17:00 Transfer Bahía- Airport (Manta, Portoviejo or San Vicente)
